We require friendly and enthusiastic individuals to provide a warm welcome to our riders and their families or carers visiting the Centre.

Key elements of this role include;

Welcoming our participants to the Centre and directing to the appropriate person or place

Working directly with our participants, for example helping them to find the correct riding hat, helping them to learn parts of the pony using easy stick on charts, listening to their stories, encouraging them to draw or write about their pony

Forming relationships with parents and carers, talking to and listening to them and helping with any enquiries, directing to the appropriate person for assistance if required

Showing visitors our facilities ie refreshments and toilets

Sharing information about events and activities at the Centre

General housekeeping duties for example keeping visitor areas tidy and presentable
